Homeland Support Groups of Oromos

December 18, 2012 | Homeland Support Group of Dallas TX

We, concerned Oromos of homeland support group of Dallas (Texas), express our pleasure that Shaneeand Transitional OLF political groups have solved their political differences to merge and unite to come back to our original Kayoo to lead our Oromo nation in their struggle for independence and inalienable rights. As all of us know very well that the divisions among us have affected the relationships of many individual Oromos down to the level of our communities in the Diaspora and elsewhere, and contributed to the stagnation of our struggle; therefore, we must be aware and take heed this time around to be vigilant to identify our enemies within and without who are trying to divide us and derail our struggle.

There are three most important points to consider for beating our enemies successfully, which are: 1.Organization, 2.Organization and 3.Organization. There is nothing more important than having a well led and effective organization for undertaking such an important task. Our present enemies of Habashagroups, the Tigrean ruling elites, raised no more than three hundred thousand determined militias to overrun the country, and get it under their control for over twenty years. We can do better than that. Oromos independence is achievable, and it is real and doable, but it needs a lot of sacrifices and a smart leadership with strict discipline.
The way our enemies are preparing their short and long range plans to rule over the Oromo people within their Empire for a very long time to come is mind boggling; therefore, there are no other options than intensifying our struggle. Human history teaches us that empires will always fall and can never be democratized.
Having said all of the above, we would like to remind ourselves that we have contributed to the status quo of our struggle’s stagnation by our inaction and wrong actions. For those of us who are still skeptical about this unity, let us give this one a chance and let the bygone be bygone, and go on with our struggle. Since forgiveness is a gift to ourselves, it releases us from the past, fills our lives with positive emotions and frees us for successful tomorrow. Let us encourage them this time to reorganize and get fresh blood in the leadership with the required skills who are willing to sacrifice themselves and willing to deal with the drama of liberation struggle in rural and urban areas of Oromia by moving the leadership headquarters to Oromia to boost the morale of the Oromo people, and show them that this struggle is for real and that it is achievable and doable no matter what.
Prowess, Heroism, Valor, and gallantry are all contagious, and they are necessary to mobilize the Oromo people to do the job and send shiver and chill to the bones of our enemies. Internet struggles are not enough unless they manifest themselves through practical struggles. Once we send them in; we have to walk the talk by backing them up with all that we got, including our lives, to get this job done to the finish as quickly as possible. Death is inevitable for humans, but the noblest death of all is when one dies for his freedom or for the freedom of his people. Nations in the Middle East and North Africa have their independence, but look the sacrifices they are giving only for what kind of government they should be having, but ours is much more urgent, which is getting ourselves out of slavery to achieve independence; therefore, we have to give more sacrifices with determination. We are an expression of the infinite creative flow; we have everything we need to achieve our goal. We only need access them by claiming our entitlements, and greater opportunities await our generation and succeeding generations when we act only in unison.
